Terms of Use
The deal, in plain language.
Abhaal's core is free forever — and Abhaal is also a business we intend to keep building. These terms are clear about both: what stays free no matter what, and how paid extras may work later.
Last updated: 21 July 2026 · Abhaal is currently operated by Hajare Ventures (sole proprietorship), India.
1. The license
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to install and use Abhaal, free of charge, on Windows computers you own or are authorized to use. If we introduce paid plans in the future, their pricing and any additional terms will be shown to you clearly before you buy — nothing is ever charged silently. The software is licensed, not sold; Abhaal and its code remain the property of Hajare Ventures (sole proprietorship). You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or redistribute the software.
2. You direct the automation
Abhaal only does what you teach it: it records the tasks you choose to record and replays them when you press play. That means:
- You are responsible for the tasks you automate and for the results of running them — just as you would be for doing the same work by hand.
- Watch a new behavior's first runs before trusting it with important work, and review what it did in apps that involve money, filings, or client data.
- Only automate systems and websites you are allowed to use, in ways their own terms permit. Do not use Abhaal for anything unlawful, or to harm, deceive, or access what isn't yours.
Abhaal is built to pause and ask rather than guess when it is unsure — but no automation is perfect, and you remain in charge.
3. No warranty
Abhaal is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted, error-free operation. It is early software under active development, and its reliability varies by application.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hajare Ventures is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from automated actions you configured — including lost data, lost profits, or actions taken in third-party applications. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the software (currently: nothing).
5. Free forever — and paid plans later
Abhaal is a business, and we're building it to last. Here is how that squares with "free forever":
- The free core is permanent. Recording, learning, and unlimited replays on Windows apps stay free, forever, for everyone, with no account — no matter what plans we add later. Anyone can always use Abhaal.
- Paid plans, when they come, sit on top. In the future we may charge for optional advanced features — such as web automation or team features like privately sharing behaviors across an office. These add capabilities; they never move the free core behind a paywall.
- Updates keep you current. Abhaal may automatically download and install updates to stay secure and improve. Updates may add or change features, but they follow the same rule: what's free today doesn't become paid tomorrow.
6. Privacy
Your work stays on your machine. What little reaches us is listed completely in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
7. Termination
You can stop using Abhaal at any time by uninstalling it. We may end the license if these terms are seriously violated. Sections 3, 4, and 8 survive termination.
8. Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Maharashtra having jurisdiction. If we change these terms, the new version will appear on this page with an updated date; continuing to use Abhaal after a change means you accept it.
