Privacy Policy
Your work never leaves your computer.
Most privacy policies explain how a company handles your data. Ours is short because we designed Abhaal so there is almost nothing to handle. This page tells you exactly what stays on your PC, and exactly what little reaches us.
Last updated: 21 July 2026 · applies to the Abhaal Windows app and abhaal.com
What stays on your PC — everything that matters
All of the following is created, stored, and used only on your own computer, in files on your own disk. None of it is uploaded, synced, or transmitted to us or anyone else:
- Your recordings — clicks, typing, and the steps of your tasks
- Screenshots and images Abhaal captures to recognize buttons
- The behaviors Abhaal learns, and everything it learns about how your tasks work
- Your files, documents, and anything inside the apps you automate
Anything you type into a password field is never recorded at all — not sent anywhere, and not even saved on your own disk. It is dropped at the moment of capture.
Abhaal works fully offline. After installation, it records, learns, and replays with no internet connection at all.
What reaches us — the complete list
The app makes two kinds of network requests, and this is the entire list:
A random install identifier (a number we generate — not your name, email, or device name), your Windows version, your PC's RAM size, and the Abhaal version. This tells us how many installs exist and what machines we need to support. It cannot be traced back to you, and there is no account to connect it to.
The app periodically checks our server for a newer version (a simple file download — no data about you is sent). If the app crashes, it sends a short technical error message so we can fix the bug. Crash reports never include your screen content, recordings, files, or anything you typed.
That's everything. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, no analytics SDKs, no advertising trackers, and no third parties we share data with — we have nothing to share.
The website
abhaal.com is a static page hosted on Cloudflare. Like any website, our hosting provider processes standard technical request data (such as your IP address) to deliver the page. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking on it.
Your control
Because everything lives on your PC, you already have full control: your recordings and behaviors are files in your user folder, and uninstalling Abhaal removes the app. Deleting those files deletes your data — there is no copy anywhere else to ask us about.
Changes and contact
If this policy ever changes, the new version will appear on this page with an updated date — and the promise at the top of this page is the architecture of the product, not a setting we can quietly flip.
